At the bottom of every page there's a TO: panel with ruled lines. It's there because a finished colouring page usually ends its life in a drawer, and that felt like a waste of an hour of somebody's care.
So: colour a page, write a note in the box, tear it out along the perforation, and hand it to someone. The calm is yours. The page belongs to them.
Children who won't say “I missed you” out loud will happily spend forty minutes colouring it in.

Questions, answered
What makes it an ASMR colouring book?
The line work is dense and small — lots of little enclosed areas rather than big open shapes. That's what produces the steady, repetitive pencil sound and the settled feeling that comes with it. It's designed to be slow on purpose.
What paper is it printed on?
Thick uncoated stock, printed single-sided, so pencils, gel pens and fineliners don't bleed through to the next page. Pages are perforated to tear out cleanly.
What age is it for?
Five and up. The younger end will go for the big characters; adults tend to disappear into the busy hawker-centre and kopitiam scenes.
What is the TO: panel at the bottom of each page?
Room to write. The idea is that you colour a page, address it to someone, tear it out and hand it over — so the finished page leaves your house instead of sitting in a drawer.
