When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2 PM SGT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

What if my order is delayed?

International shipping timelines are estimates. Customs processing can add a few days. If your order is more than 5 days late, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We can ship to PO boxes in most countries. Express shipping to PO boxes is not available — standard shipping only.

Are there import duties?

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all parcels at full value.
