Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unaltered.
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalised plushies (once delivered)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@candyflosscuteness.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, we'll send you return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your plushie arrives damaged or the NFC chip isn't working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
