By accessing or using the CandyFlossCuteness website (candyflosscuteness.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in SGD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where a product was listed at an incorrect price.
3. NFC Technology
Our plushies contain NFC chips that deliver digital content. By activating your plushie, you agree to our content delivery terms. NFC functionality requires a compatible smartphone (iPhone 7+ with iOS 13+, or most Android devices from 2018+). We do not guarantee uninterrupted NFC service and reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue digital content at any time.
4. FluffSpace App
Use of the FluffSpace app is subject to additional terms presented at download. The app is intended for users aged 4 and above, with parental guidance recommended for children under 13. Free and paid tiers are available; subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the CandyFlossCuteness brand — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandyFlossCuteness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the terms of that policy.
