How does the NFC work?+
Each plushie has a small NFC chip embedded in its forehead. Simply hold any NFC-enabled smartphone (most modern phones) to the plushie's forehead — no app needed. A personalised affirmation will appear on your screen instantly.
What phones support NFC?+
Most modern smartphones support NFC. This includes iPhone 7 and later (iOS 13+), and most Android phones from 2018 onwards. Go to your phone settings and make sure NFC is enabled.
Do I need to download an app?+
No! The NFC affirmations work without any app. However, we do offer the free FluffSpace wellness app at app.candyflosscuteness.com for mood journals, games, and a deeper companion experience.
What message categories are there?+
Affirmations come in six categories: Love, Motivation, Friendship, Funny, Songs, and Bestie. Different plushies may be tuned to different categories.
Do messages change daily?+
Yes! You get a new affirmation every day. Each tap is a fresh surprise.
Are the plushies safe for children?+
Absolutely. All our plushies are made with certified child-safe materials. They are soft, durable, and love-tested.
What is the shipping time?+
Singapore orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! Orders over SGD $80 qualify for free shipping within Singapore.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange a return.
