One day, one feeling
The day as calm saw it
7 fluffs stand for calm in the Fluffdex, and all 7 of them were there that day. Here is what it was, from inside each of them. Calm grows into Focus.

Dreamy's Day
read the wrong book in a library, and said what the path looked like before anybody could forget
Nobody asked me to do one thing all day. At the end of it I said a single sentence at a gate, and that sentence is the thing hanging in Winky's kitchen.

Mello's Day
sat an hour with the oil, and held the ladder queue together for an hour and forty minutes
Nobody can point at the row that did not happen. I have made my peace with being the reason for things that nobody can see, and today I stopped calling that being left behind.

Mossy's Day
brought the first lantern of fifty-five back, and told the land what time the sun actually goes down
I am no good at all in a hot room full of shouting. Put me outside at the start of something and I will hand you the first thing you need.

Snoozy's Day
made somewhere for fifty-five tired fluffs to land, and kept back the lantern for over the door
Quiet work still needs one sentence out loud. Mine cost the yard an hour of panic, because I never thought to mention it.

Tidy's Day
drew a plan for a day nobody had ever had, and got one thing badly wrong
I believed my own board over a fluff standing in front of me with a number. The board is a drawing of the path. It is not the path.

Tipsy's Day
stopped fifty-five fluffs at four o'clock without saying anything, and told a chief to put a cloud down
I have spent years minding that my voice does not carry. Today I said about forty words altogether and three of them changed the evening, and I am going to stop keeping count.

Zenny's Day
kept one sound safe until somebody came asking, and put Squirmy where the running was
Being still is not the same as being apart. Today it was the only reason I was any use at all.
