One day, one feeling
The day as happy saw it
7 fluffs stand for happy in the Fluffdex, and all 7 of them were there that day. Here is what it was, from inside each of them. Happy grows into Joy.

Beamy's Day
kept a list of everything anybody did well, and read all of it out
Half the fluffs in that room did not know what they had done until I said it out loud. Noticing is worth nothing at all if you keep it in your pocket.

Dinky's Day
stopped a row with a bucket, and then did the harder thing afterwards
Being funny gets me excused from the next bit. I have taken that excuse for years, and today I did not, and it cost me about ten seconds that I very nearly could not manage.

Doodle's Day
drew the whole path on one piece of paper so fifty-five fluffs could see it at once
I made that map and then about an hour later it stopped being mine, and that was the best thing that ever happened to it.

Hopsy's Day
carried a flame two hundred feet down a lane without letting it go out
Fluffs expect my reason to be a grand one. It was cake. A small enough reason is the only kind that survives two hundred feet of wind.

Sparkly's Day
named whose bit each stretch was as the path came alight, the whole length of the lane
I have cheered for this land for years and never once wondered what it is like from the other side. It turns out it is almost unbearable, and I would like some more of it.

Spotty's Day
got the one lantern that did not match hung in the best place on the whole path
I have spent years learning to like my own spots. Today I found out the trick works considerably better when you use it on somebody else.

Sunny's Day
lit the first lantern, and asked for somebody to light it with
Cheerful is a job I am good at and I do want it. I am allowed to ask for somebody to do it alongside me.
